So many people tell me, I’d achieve so much more if I had more employees.

But I’ve found, it’s not the number of people but their efficiency that determines success.

· WhatsApp had a team of just over 50 employees when Facebook eyed them for $19 billion deal.

· WikiHow generated a $5 million revenue with just 25 employees.

· Craigslist, everyone’s got-to site, entered the billion-dollar club with just 50 employees.

· Instagram reached a milestone of 30 million users with just 13 employees and was acquired by Facebook for $1 billion.

· Mojang was creating billion-dollar profits with a team of just 50 employees before they were acquired by Microsoft for $2.5 billion.

Efficiency is the key to climb the ladder of success.
